By requesting a quote or booking a cleaning with Gate City Maids LLC, you agree to the following terms.
Quotes & pricing
- All quotes are free and confirmed before booking. No work begins until you approve the price.
- Quotes are based on the home details you provide; significant differences on arrival may require a revised quote.
Scheduling & cancellation
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to the quoted visit price.
- If our cleaner cannot access your home at the scheduled time, the visit may be charged as completed.
The Gate City Guarantee
If you're not satisfied, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean the areas of concern free of charge, plus $25 off your next visit.
Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Recurring memberships are billed per visit and may be paused or cancelled anytime with notice before the next scheduled clean.
Home preparation & access
- Please secure valuables, cash, and fragile items before your cleaning.
- Clients are responsible for providing entry instructions (door code, lockbox, etc.).
Liability
Your home matters to us. Please report any damage within 24 hours so we can make it right.
